Roles & Responsibility:
- Explain the detailed admission procedure and programs offered to prospective parents during in-person meetings and other interactions.
- Guide parents who have started the application process or completed a tour through the subsequent stages of admission via school tours and personalized counseling.
- Conduct engaging and informative school tours in accordance with established protocols, ensuring a positive and consistent experience for all visitors.
- Follow up with parents who have started the application form to provide further counseling and support to facilitate admission closure.
- Maintain regular communication with parents throughout the admission process, addressing their concerns and providing necessary updates.
- Conduct counseling sessions as needed, tailoring the approach to individual parent needs and ensuring all queries are addressed effectively.
- Maintain target metrics by effectively converting prospective contacts into confirmed admissions.
- Participate in the decision-making process for student admissions based on school policies and guidelines.
