A Day at TGAA Pre-Primary

Settling In Through Play

Choice Time gives children the freedom to make their own choices by exploring games and engaging with classmates. This helps make the transition from home to school feel natural and comfortable.

Making Choices

Children learn to make decisions, follow through on their chosen activities and take ownership of their learning experiences, whether choosing to work with sewing boards or engage with other learning materials independently.

Working with Others

Whether building together, sharing materials or creating as a group, children learn cooperation, turn-taking and how to work alongside their peers.

Communicating Ideas

As they create, build and play together, children practise expressing their thoughts, listening to others and sharing ideas with confidence.

Through activities such as building towers and creating independetly at the doodle wall, children learn to explore, problem-solve and discover new ways of thinking and doing.
